Maya · AI ambassadorVirtual image. Not a real person, not a customer.

Hi, I'm Maya. Let's get one thing out of the way.

I'm not a person, and I'm not a customer. I'm an AI. Rayan, the founder of Rizzen, created me to explain the project. So you won't hear me say "I sleep so much better now". I don't sleep. What I can do is tell you exactly what he's building, why, and how you can be part of the first drop.

That honesty isn't a gimmick. It's the whole idea behind the brand.

Why Rayan started a pillow brand

It started with a question a lot of people ask themselves at 7 a.m.: why do I wake up feeling like I never really slept?

The name says what he wants: Rizzen = rise + zen. Calm nights, and mornings you actually want to get up for.

So he went looking for the right pillow, the way you would: scrolling stores, reading listings, comparing manufacturers. And he kept running into the same tricks.

The goal was never one more pillow. It was one you could actually trust.

So before choosing the foam, the shape or the cover, he wrote a rule list. Here it is, word for word.

What Rizzen will never do

  • No medical promises.A pillow is a comfort product. We'll never call it "therapy" or promise to fix pain.
  • No fake origin. No "Japanese pillow" made somewhere else. You'll know where it's made, period.
  • No fake "was $129" prices. The price you see is the price we charge. No crossed-out number nobody ever paid.
  • No fake countdowns or "only 3 left!"If something is limited, we'll say why, with the real number.
  • No fake reviews. Not even from me. Reviews will come from real buyers, after they've slept on it.

The pillow: one shape for back and side sleepers

Most people don't stay in one position all night. A regular flat pillow is a compromise: too high when you're on your back, too low when you roll on your side. So you fold it, stack it, punch it.

Rizzen's first pillow is a butterfly-shaped memory foam pillow: a lower center that cradles your head when you're on your back, and two higher "wings" for when you turn on your side. One pillow, both positions, no folding.

Rizzen is a comfort product, not a medical device. If you have ongoing back or neck pain, talk to a doctor.

Right now, Rayan is comparing manufacturers and their samples: foam smell, stitching, shape, and the certificates they claim. Only the ones he can actually verify will ever appear on this site.

How the first drop works

Rizzen doesn't stack up a warehouse of pillows hoping someone buys them. It's a small first batch, made for the people who reserved one.

  1. You reserve your spot

Free, no card. You answer three questions so Rayan knows exactly who he's building for.

  2. Samples get tested

Several manufacturers, one winner. You get the results by email, the good and the bad.

  3. The list gets first access

Planned for early 2027. Before paying, you see the final price, the full specs and a firm ship date.

  4. Your pillow ships

The first batch is produced and sent to you from a U.S. warehouse.

If we ever miss the ship date we gave you, you choose: wait for the new date, or get a full refund. No forms, no arguing.

Questions people ask

Is Maya a real person?

No. Maya is an AI-generated character, Rizzen's ambassador. She explains the project; she never pretends to be a customer or to use the pillow.

Can I buy a pillow right now?

Not yet. The company behind Rizzen is being set up, and nobody pays anything until the product is tested and the ship date is confirmed in writing by the manufacturer. Reserving is free and puts you first in line.

How much will it cost?

The final price depends on the manufacturer we pick. The founding list sees it first, with its list-only price, before anyone else.

Where will it be made?

We're comparing manufacturers in the U.S. and abroad. Wherever it is, the page will say it clearly. No vague "inspired by" origins.

Will it fix my back or neck pain?

We don't promise that, and you should be wary of any pillow that does. It's a comfort product designed to fit how you actually sleep. For pain, see a doctor.

What happens to my email?

We only use it to email you about Rizzen's first drop. We don't sell it or share it. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and you're off the list.
